Monserrate 

This is a classic spot in Bogotá, It is a famous hill that offers one of the best views of the city's urban landscape. You can reach the top by hiking or by taking the funicular railway. If you're in good shape, I highly recommend hiking, as the path allows you for some wonderful bird watching. You can spot some truly beautiful and unique species. At the end of the hill, you will find a church, local market selling cute souvenirs, and fine dining restaurants.

Museo del Oro 

If you're interested in the ancient art of Colombia's indigenous people, this will be the perfect choice. There, you can discover amazing traditional art and crafts that are very old, even from before the time of the conquest. Some pieces are so incredible that they make you wonder how people of that time created them, what kind of tools they used or how they achieved such mastery. Visiting will help you understand and explore our roots.
