 What do you have to know before going to Bogotá? 

If you're going to Bogotá, you'll definitely need these tips to enjoy your trip without any problems. First, don't take taxis; always use apps like Uber, Didi or InDriver instead, and make sure the licence plates match those in the app. Alternatively, you could take Transmilenio because it's sometimes faster. Also, it is better if you can avoid talking to strangers or staring at people so you won’t have any problems.  

On another note, Bogotá's weather is unpredictable, but it's mostly cold, so I recommend bringing warm clothes. Last but not least, make sure you use sunscreen. Even if you don't notice it, the sunlight is stronger there, so it's easy to get sunburnt.
